Description
The Johnson Controls DPT2670-MR2 Differential Pressure Transducer is an instrument, which is applied in HVAC systems for measuring pressure differential. This pressure difference plays an essentialrole in regulating the rate of the airflow in the particular system. The transducer functions in the manner of translating the pressure differential to an electrical signal of 0.05 to 5.05 Vdc in this model. This electrical signal is then utilized by the HVAC control system to alter dampers, fans, and other equipment to regulate the required airflow rates. This makes it particularly ideal for use in applications that demand high precision in the determination of low-pressure differentials, where the range is from 0 to 2.0″ of water column.
