The Johnson Controls H-5500-1003 Hum Indicator is a basic and durable device that can be used for monitoring and measuring the HVAC system’s relative humidity level. It has a 3.5″ display and even though it measures from 10% to 60% RH, it is accurate. This indicator is enclosed in a robust plastic shell suitable for HVAC conditions. Suitable for use with humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and air handling units, it works within a temperature range of between 0°C and 60°C. This indicator allows for control of the humidity levels, which in turn, helps to achieve the greatest efficiency of the systems, protect equipment from deterioration, and provide a comfortable environment inside the building.
