Description
The Johnson Controls P70GA-11 pressure switch is intended mainly to sense low pressure conditions in industrial refrigeration systems using methyl chloride (M-Blk) as a refrigerant. It is a Single-Pole, Single-Throw; the pressure range is as follows: 20 – 100PSI. The switch is equipped with a 1/4” Female National Pipe Thread (FNPT) connector to facilitate connection to the piping of a refrigeration system. Being an Open-Low switch its primary function is to open when pressure drops below the required 20 psi. Such start of processes reduces hardware damage and ensures reliability such as triggering alarms or system shutdowns.
