Description
The Johnson Controls T-4000-606 Orifice & Gasket is an accessorial device manufactured to be used exclusively for the T-4000 Series of thermostats that are installed in HVAC systems. This fully closed and flared brass fitting controls the amount of refrigerant or other fluids passing through the HVAC system, the pressure and temperature of which they control. It is used in the modulation process which directs the efficiency and performance of the different systems with the principle of controlling the flow rate of the fluids when in operation. The rubber gasket affords a precise fit between mating surfaces to eliminate leakage that may affect system integrity.
