The Johnson Controls V-5844-6001 Reconditioning Kit is specifically intended for the care of 1 1/2” mixing valves with a flow rate of 27.5 Cv. This complete set of parts is sufficient to return to service mixing valves which are essential for controlling the right proportions of heating and cooling fluids in HVAC systems. Such a fine control of the fluid is critical for the effective thermal regulation, efficiency and steady climate maintenance in commercial and industrial applications. The reconditioning process entails stripping down the valve and using kit components to replace worn out or damaged parts to greatly reduce the likelihood of having to fix the valve.
