Description
The Johnson Controls VFN-040LB-001N is a 4″ normally-open butterfly valve for industrial HVAC systems. It controls the flow of water within the system using a disc that rotates within the valve casing. The actuation method operated by air pressure or an electric motor. The “normally open” indicates that the valve is open with or without a signal and a spring to open the disc when power is switched off. It has a high flow coefficient of 496 Cv and is ideal for large HVAC systems. Its 50 PSI pressure means that it can deal with moderate water pressure.
