The Nordyne 669564R 2-ton Thermal expansion valve is an essential device used in heating and cooling systems which utilize R-410A refrigerants. This specific apparatus regulates how much of the coolant goes into its evaporator coil hence enabling it to either cool or warm efficiently. The TXV keeps the circuit in balance by adjusting its valve’s orifice size depending on pressure and temperature changes within refrigerant lines. This helps to prevent device overheating, inadequate cooling or system malfunctioning due to wrong regulation process done on them.
