Ranco O10-1408 Low Temperature Control is applied in HVAC systems which will help to maintain temperatures ranging from -15°F to 40°F. Housed within the control unit, the sensor measures the temperature with its 72-inch capillary tube that enables the control unit to be placed in a cooler area from the temperature-sensitive area. It functions by feeling temperature change through a capillary tube and switching on or off the refrigeration or heating system as the case may be. It has applications in commercial refrigeration such as freezers and low-temperature areas to maintain the right temperature for the preservation of the products and the conservation of energy.
