Ranco V6-414120-170 Reversing Valve is used in heat pump systems as it regulates the flow of the refrigerant in the HVAC systems to change the mode of the system. The Valve has a connection size of 7/8” x 3/4” and is suitable for R22/R410A refrigerant. This component changes the direction of refrigerant flow and changes the system from heating to cooling mode or from cooling to heating mode. This reversing valve has the benefit of improving energy effectiveness because the heat pump runs efficiently in both cycles.
