The Resideo AM101-USTG-1LF is a 3/4-inch union sweat mixing valve which controls and mixes water temperature. It has the calibrated temperature scale on its façade that enables the user to monitor and regulate the process. This valve is essential for controlling safe and comfortable water temperatures in many applications and where scald protection is paramount. The water ia mixed by righting valve to achieve the required temperature of the water that is to be delivered. It employs a thermostatic mixing valve to blend the output water temperate and control the cold and the hot water supplying accordingly. This ensures that water temperature in the tank is always constant regardless the inlet water temperature is high or low.
