Description
The Resideo TX-12 Thermal Expansion Tank is an essential piece that is used to regulate thermal volume expansion in hot water systems. This tank has a 4.4-gallon capacity with a 3/4″ male NPT connection, it also takes the additional volume of water that occurs when the water is heated and prevents the system from developing too much pressure that will damage it. This series of expansion tanks is designed to work with potable hot water systems, thus it is highly suitable for residential and commercial use, especially for those that require a constant supply of water pressure.
