The Rheem-Ruud 47-26184-02 High Pressure Limit Switch the safety switch tapped in HVAC systems to safe guard the system against pressure build up which may cause overheating and system breakdown. This high pressure limit switch you will need to be able to reset it by itself and that solves the problem of having to reset it all the time. This is tripped at a high threshold temperature of 420°C that makes the switch appropriate for rugged HVAC applications particularly under high stress. This high-pressure limit switch is small in size hence easy to install in different locations. At 420°C the temperature switch blows the circuit breaker and turns off the system to avoid danger or harm in any way.
