Siemens 599-02009 is a 2 way valve body that is normally bled forever (NC) and compact so it is used for pretty close flow control to HVAC systems. Its flow coefficient (Cv) is 2.5 and 1/2″ sturdy brass construction, it promises fluid handling. This valve body is designed to operate between 20°F and 250°F and is for water or low pressure steam in terminal devices such as convectors, fan coil units and radiant systems. Because of its ANSI Class 250 grade and stiff design, the unit is dependable in harsh HVAC applications.
