Description
The Supco SHP375265 High Pressure Switch is an electrical control component used to monitor refrigerant discharge conduction within the air conditioning, heat pump and refrigeration circuits. It operates by opening the electrical control circuit when pressure rises to approximately 375 PSI and closing it again when it drops to around 265 PSI, protecting compressors from excessive head pressure. Installed on the high-pressure line of a condenser unit, it integrates into the system control wiring to interrupt compressor operation during operating. It is used in residential and commercial HVAC systems equipment to maintain system.
