The Trane DHY1472 3/8” Liquid Line Drier is 7” long and made of steel and is designed to remove moisture, acids, and contaminants from refrigerant gases in HVAC systems. Featuring a 16 cubic capacity with compatibility to work with refrigerants such as R-22, R-410A and others, it provides the better system efficiency within a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. the drier connects with ODF x ODM fittings of 3/8” diameter to ensure proper flow of refrigerant. Its 8 cubic” core size allows for high capacity, yet small in size, only 5.83” in overall length, Clean refrigerant lines help to prolong the equipment’s life, increase energy efficiency, and avoid expensive repairs, making this an essential part of HVAC systems.
