Description
The Trane FAN1508 is a 26″ diameter 3-bladed fan designed for Trane HVAC equipment. It has a 15-blade angle and counterclockwise rotation. This design pushes air through the HVAC system efficiently. The fan’s central hub joins with the motor shaft which powers the angled blades that rotate. The blades spin CCW and capture and move air in the HVAC unit. While they are undistinguished and not beautiful, these air movements are essential to the operation of the system and help to distribute cool air throughout a building when cooling or draw warm air into the furnace to heat the building. The Trane is a seemingly basic part, but it’s crucial to the operation of your HVAC system.
