Description
The Trane PAN2153 drain pan is manufactured to collect condensate in Trane HVAC systems. The way air conditioners work is they take the air is wet and change it down into water. This 24.83 by 6″ pan catches the condensate leak and shields the surrounding area from water damage. The water is then directed by the pan to a drain line, usually, away from the HVAC unit. In addition, it also helps your Trane HVAC system run more efficiently by preventing problems associated with water.
