Description
The Trane SHE5358 is a 1-3/16 inch bore sheave which is a wheel with a grooved rim used in most of the Trane HVAC products. It acts like a belt simply altering the direction and often the speed of belts in the belt drive system within the unit. The rim of this is grooved to enable the belt to engage properly for the right rotation. This sheave is normally of a length of about 14.5” and a diameter of about 13.75”. It has a single groove for the belt and has a 1-47” bore for the attachment of a specific shaft size. A functional Trane Sheave is crucial for the correct functioning of belt-driven parts of Trane HVAC system.
