The Trane TRB0023 Turbulator is a 7.1-inch-long and 0.75-inch-diameter red & white color PVC used in Trane HVAC equipment air handler & furnace. This fairly humble-looking appliance is one of the critical components necessary to maximize the efficiency of airflow across the entire network. Turbulators in the name imply that they cause turbulence in the airflow and then help in enhancing it. This disruption is, however, controlled to enhance heat exchange, as well movement of air through the system.
