The Xylem-Bell & Gossett P63242 Pump Coupler is designed to provide a connection and transfer rotational force between the motor and pump shafts in fluid circulation applications. It offers an adjustable connection in HVAC systems like hydronic pumps, and the size of 1-1/4 inch by 1-7/8 inch is suitable to allow the shaft to align properly, and transfer the torque. It is placed in the coupling assembly and allows slight misalignment without rotational discontinuity. This allows in efficient operation, less vibration and stable pump performance.
