Description
The York S1-025-39926-000 Refrigerant Pressure Control is an essential part of HVAC equipment protection and efficiency. It is designed to open at a refrigerant pressure of 22°F and close at 45°F thus acting as a shield against harsh conditions. This control works in conjunction with system pressure to control the flow of refrigerant. When the pressure is less than the set point of 22°F, the control opens to allow refrigerant to flow. When the pressure goes up to 45°F, it shuts down to avoid building up of high pressure. It also ensures that the system runs at the efficiency level and avoids harm from refrigerant starvation.
